My experience at Autodome was that I was very well looked after by Enza and everyone else that I spoke with. There were several difficulties with my purchase due to the fact that I have only recently moved t after by Enza and everyone else that I spoke with. There were several difficulties with my purchase due to the fact that I have only recently moved to Canada and, as such, I had no credit history in this country. Enza tried everything to secure a good deal for me and I very much appreciate all that she did. I found the customer care at Autodome second to none. The salesman (Preet) was courteous and knowledgeable and did not push a sale like some salespeople do. I felt comfortable talking with Enza and Preet and would certainly recommend Autodome to any of my friends and family in the future. More

Dealing with Autodome, and especially Alex Furman was a great experience. Alex provided excellent customer service to us and was very friendly through out the period. From the beginning Enza and Jing have been very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The service got even better when we started having some problems with the vehicle. They were very understanding, never took our frustration personal, and were alway willing to help. I believe we would have had an unpleasant time dealing with this if it weren't for them. Whenever the vehicle needed to be brought in, they were always on top of it and they never stopped until the issued was resolved to our satisfaction. We had been looking around for a new vehicle for my son for a few weeks and decided to drop by Autodome, we received a friendly greeting as soon as we entered the dealership. I have used Autodome for several purchases over the years. My first was a 1999 BMW 323i, then I traded that in for a 2003 Acura TL, which I then traded in for a 2006 Acura TL. My wife's car, which was years. My first was a 1999 BMW 323i, then I traded that in for a 2003 Acura TL, which I then traded in for a 2006 Acura TL. My wife's car, which was bought new, was traded in for a 2006 Nissan Murano, which was traded in for a 2007 Acura MDX. My most recent purchase was a dream of mine, to be able to afford a nice summer vehicle and I purchases a 2007 BMW Z4 as a 3rd vehicle. Overall, ever experience has been amazing. The team is respectful and honest. I was always given the information about accidents up front and as well, have been honest with them in trading in my vehicles (even though a fender bender, that was not claimed wouldn't show up). When I ran into some problems with my first transaction with them of the BMW 323i about a year after buying it, it wasn't their job to help me find respectable, honest mechanics to help me solve the problem, but they did. They called ahead, let them know I would be coming and I was an Autodome customer. I have referred several people over the years and all have had positive experiences. I will continue to use Autodome for my used vehicles! More
I am not one to bash but felt that I must share my experience with this dealership. After weeks of gauging a particular Lexus RX400H model in their stock and still seeing it available, I finally had t experience with this dealership. After weeks of gauging a particular Lexus RX400H model in their stock and still seeing it available, I finally had the opportunity to get the vehicle. I called yesterday and reached "Sam" and booked an appointment with him today to view the automobile. During our conversation I asked if I can see the "CarProof" and he assured me that the vehicle has never been damaged and it's available. I was running late for our meeting so did the considerate thing to advise that I will just be about 30-40 mins late. Mind you, I did advise him that I'm coming from Ajax which is a 45min drive to their dealership. Sam said it wasn't a problem and he looked forward to meeting me. My pregnant wife and I finally arrive about an hour later where Sam greeted us and while walking out to the car, said very casually that they just sold it. (With his tone, we both thought he was joking) so we laughed it off and continued with our visual inspection. He then said, " No, I really just sold the vehicle minutes ago. We were both stunned an perplexed to say the least. He gave us some speech that he told me on the phone call yesterday that I should have reserved it ( which he NEVER did) and went on to say, that we don't need this car nor should we get it as it had $5000 of rear end damage. He went into the "bait n switch" roll and tried to offer us other suvs that we weren't interested in. I was upset that I rushed there and wasted half a day (on my day off work) not to mention the commute back to AJAX, just so that I can be lied to. I can't speak on behalf of anyone else but my experience and first impression of AutoDome was horrific, unnerving and very unsettling that they would list a car as no accidents but then tell me it was involved in major body repairs! The reason for the terrible rating in this instance is that the salesman blatantly lied twice. In the first instance he disclosed that the vehicle I was looking at had some minor front end damage but I d that the salesman blatantly lied twice. In the first instance he disclosed that the vehicle I was looking at had some minor front end damage but I discovered later that the vehicle had been in an accident that required over $8000 in repairs. I was not provided with the CarProof until I asked for it much later which implies the organization was in on the deception. When I discovered it and he was brought back in to discuss it he proceeded to literally bark things at me that did not address this problem. In the second instance he told me that the deposit was refundable which after reviewing the documents in the finance manager's office they are not. This individual could have cost me $2000 if I decided I did not want the vehicle and made a blatant material misrepresentation in my opinion so you should stay away from him. More
