The customer service experience at AutoPlanet is second to none. I had the pleasure to sit down and discuss my needs with Vincent. He listened then made a few suggestions: it was down to 3 vehicles. I was relieved that I would not be test-driving a fleet of cars. My next concern was the financing and whether the SUV was within my budget. Vincent directed me to Matt who went to bat and got me the best rate. I bought the car and was off on my merry way. Vincent contacted me within the first week of my purchase to find out if I had any buyer's remorse. When I expressed my concern,  Vincent urged me to come back so that their technician could assess and assist me.
