This dealership doesn't have customer service. Monopoly sales at the time.while in the middle of process of transition of customer they sale vehicles to other customers.you go through approval process af sales at the time.while in the middle of process of transition of customer they sale vehicles to other customers.you go through approval process after that once you you come ro sign the document. They told you sorry another salesperson sold this car to another customer 😑 More

I recently purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. By far the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle I’ve ever encountered. From start to finish the sales associate and other staff had no idea what the far the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle I’ve ever encountered. From start to finish the sales associate and other staff had no idea what they’re doing, don’t return phone calls or provide truthful information. I had to make multiple phone calls to even get a response (after they received my money). Car was shown to me filthy and promised it would be detailed. On pick up I was cleaning toys and other debris from the back. 3 open recalls on the vehicle that weren’t disclosed to me. Overall staff is not knowledgeable, nor responsive. The only positive thing I can say is Connor in finance was great. I would not recommend this dealership at all. More
