Special thanks to Darren and the rest of the team for addressing all our concerns and for quickly preparing the car prior to the long weekend. Not only was the car given to us in immaculate condition, with minor paint imperfections fixed and interior thoroughly cleaned, but to our pleasant surprise they provided us with new tires and brake pads at no additional charge. We were a little wary of buying a formal rental car, but Darren provided CarProof reports for each of the vehicles that we were interested in, and assured us that we were covered by their 7 day exchange and limited power train warranty policies. We have already taken our car to our local Mazda dealer to initiate an ongoing maintenance routine, and their mechanic has told us that our car is in excellent condition. Thank you Darren! More

More sales driven than customer satisfaction Ask for details on a particular used car, they either didn't know much where the used vehicle came from which is a concern or hesitant to disclose. I had to do my own research and dig where the history of the vehicle came from the the price they listed it for is over double the price they got it for. One sale agent tells one they had to put money into it thus the car cost more, another sales agent tells me no money is put into it as it is "sold as is" information are not consistent. They had the tone to ask me "if you're really interested come visit and check the car" I already told three times you get me the details of the vehicle or visiting your dealership from 1 hour away would be a pointless visit, and why would I not be interested if I AM THE ONE SEARCHING AND INQUIRING ABOUT THE VEHICLE, logic much? The did EVERYTHING to accommodate me including the test drive, giving me the best price, hurrying the safety, helping me obtain the new proof of ownership, new wheels and some gas!!
