With a growing family I knew I needed a bigger vehicle. I did my research and looked everywhere for a Ford Flex in my price range. We went for a test drive and I was certain the Ford Flex was right for us. Unfortunately the model we drove was a little out of our price range and it was a 6 seater and we needed a 7 seater. So we kindly left and continued on our search. A few days later Laurence called me back with an opportunity to see exactly what we wanted, a 7 seater Flex under our budget. He pulled the vehicle off a truck that was on it's way to Barry. Not only did he go out of his way to help us out but the service was impeccable. He kept me up to date with what was going on with the Flex and made sure that it was in good running condition inside and out. I arrived there at first just to look at some vehicles for comparing purposes, upon arrive I was greeted by Naya Wagle kindly ask if I wanted anything to drink. That same night I said to myself that I wasn't interested and I won't being returning because I thought that it would be too expensive for me to manage . The following day Naya gave me a call telling me about a great payment plan that Fraser Mill had put together for me. I went back and within no time I made up my mind because the price range suited my budget perfectly. If it wasn't for Naya treating me like a very important customer by keeping in touch with me and finding the car that would suit me best, showing me all the details for each car and Fraser putting together the best payment plan. I would have never gone back and purchased such a great car. The moment I first visited Autopark, I was greeted and referred to a sales representative, Kumar. I recieved follow up emails with cars that I advised him I was looking for and on receipt of one of his emails, I saw a car that interested me and went into Autopark. Kumar spent the time that day taking me on a test drive, and ultimately taking me the the burlington store, where I found the car that I purchased, the 2010 Ford Edge Limited. His patience and professionalism left no doubts that I made the right decision with no pressure from Kumar to make the purchase.
