When my wife and I arrived at the Superstore Car Dealership late afternoon on a Saturday, we were greeted by a smiling and cheerful sales rep by the name of Annie Alexander. As we narrowed it down to the type of a car we were interested in, she quickly obtained the keys for the vehicle and proceeded to tell us all about the it. Needless to say that she demonstrated her knowledge well on this particular car and the overall company's stand behind reliability and warranty on vehicles which the company sells. Annie Alexander's superior people's skills was the reason which drew us into buying that evening. We had not been in that dealership before yet we were able to make up our minds within the two hours we were there because of her professional manner. The after sales service has also been excellent. Last but not least was the Business Manager Fraser Mill. He conducted the business in a seamless and painless manner coupled with good sense of humor. Right from the start I was pleased by the dealership. I walked in and wasn't automatically attacked. I was given a moment to look around on my own. Unfortunately they didn't have the journey and so we left however, 2 days later we received a call from Paras advising us that Journey's had arrived and if we'd like to come by. We did and from our search at different locations, we knew that the offer we received was VERY good. Again, Paras was great, polite and didn't feel like he was pushing us. Gave us the opportunity to look around, try the vehicle and at no time pushed. We dealt with Anne for the financial portion and she was friendly, thorough and never rushed through the small print. Vehicle was ready when we were told it would be and it was immaculate. Perhaps it was our misunderstanding or our bad luck that we ended up owning a former rental car. Price match wasn't honored because it should be within three days from the day we agreed to purchase the ca we ended up owning a former rental car. Price match wasn't honored because it should be within three days from the day we agreed to purchase the car not the day we pick-up the car/ sign the final purchase agreement which wasn't clear. A week later they lowered the prices of the same model to the price we asked them to match. More
