I was looking to purchase a new car for my parents as a surprise. While looking online, I came across the AutoPark Brampton Superstore who had a vehicle I was very interested in. He was outright with the policies and business approach of the dealer from the get go and did not leave any small details out. He explained everything I needed to know about the car, the car's history and the purchasing process with great detail and kept me very informed. While taking the car out for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not rush me in any way during the test drive. I had a lot of demands from the dealer in terms of when and where I needed the vehicle delivered to me due to the fact it was a surprise gift. Paras did everything he could to ensure he made it to my house on time and that the car was in tip top shape upon arrival. The gift was a great surprise and great moment for my family and parents. Amazing people! So friendly! Steven helped me pick the vehicle and Al just wanted to make my mother as happy as I was about the car! They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like extra warranty vehicle and Al just wanted to make my mother as happy as I was about the car! I live in Hamilton and would come all the way to see them both just because of how friendly they are!! Cannot get over how amazing my experience was and how happy I am with the vehicle.. I was tricked with my car before and wasn't shown the car report and later found out through autopark that was branded/write off, the dealer hid this from me and because of that I suffered but they gave me an offer and sometime to see if I could privately sell the vehicle. I will continue buying my vehicles from them, price is awesome and fair, people were amazing and was taken care of as if I were somebody's daughter. I deffinately recommend this place, especially Al and Steven!!! More

There was absolutely zero pressure to be rushed into a deal as he patiently walked us around the lot, and he happily gave us honest opinions of the vehicles we were considering with none of the usual sales spiel. His obvious experience really put me at ease and restored my faith in the pre owned vehicle industry! Also the fact that the 'sticker price is the price' makes life so much easier because there is none of this stressful price negotiation other dealers insist on, and Autopark's prices truly are the cheapest around. Trust me, I compared heavily and shopped around for 6 months before finding Autopark! That means you can see exactly what is affordable, and what isn't. I recently bought my BMW 335i from Autopak in Brampton. I was assisted by Paras, which made my car buying experience very pleasant. After one test drive and some history about the car, I was in love and had no other choice but to make the big decision to buy the car. When I finally came to pick-up the car both Paras and Al were helpful in going through all the paperwork and explaining the warranty etc. Overall, the service was great and the people that I dealt with were very helpful. Lastly, Paras topped off the exceptional service that he provided from beginning to end by taking the time to help me get familiar with the controls in the car and even took the time to set-up the blue tooth! I went to Autopark Brampton to look at a 2008 Mustang convertible. Paras greeted my wife and I and made us feel that he would do everything that he could to help us find the right car for us. I must share that i was very confused in buying a car as we are new to this country but after little hesitation in the showroom in selecting the car one of their representative Paras Jaitely gave us the com we are new to this country but after little hesitation in the showroom in selecting the car one of their representative Paras Jaitely gave us the comfort level and sat with us and listen to our concern and asked about the budget he showed us few cars in that budget but somehow we w ere still confused because the cars we were linking were going out of budget he told us to think with cool mind and not to take decision in hurry. we liked one car but it was costing 1500 dollars above our budget we were sad in knowing that but then he advised us, something he said is in good interest of us according to our situation in Canada. I must must share that because of his advice not only we were able to get Hyundai Elantra 2011 fully insured without any DOWN PAYMENTMENT ( and it was a huge relief for a new immigrant to save as much of money as he can initially) but now we have a great credit history that now we have been able to finance our own home...........all the credit goes to this Man PARAS JAITELY i am truely thankful to him and autopark people. sagar pathak More
