We had very good experience with the service department in Auto West BMW. Tony handled the service for our X3 several times. Every time he did a good job! The sales person who sold me my car had little or no product knowledge and very rude as she treated me like I am from PRC but thank God she is no longer here (retired I think)! My most recent service visit I had to disclose all my credit card information including my 3-digit security code in order to charge deposit for my courtesy car. Why can't the dealership get a newer credit card machine with the tap option instead of asking customers to physically hand over their credit to the employees for them to type all information (including the security code) into the computer. I don't believe I'm the only one not feeling comfortable with it! More
