Best sales experience I've ever had! I have never been a part of any sales experience that was this awesome. I had emailed about a car I thought we could afford and Joe asked us to stop i I have never been a part of any sales experience that was this awesome. I had emailed about a car I thought we could afford and Joe asked us to stop in for a test drive. It turned out it wasn't for us, but while we were out testing it Joe ran numbers on similar vehicles they had that fit our wants and needs and had them upfront outside and running waiting for us to drive. After we drove them one of them were e actly what we wanted. I went Back inside to tell Joe we needed to wait and keep looking, but he said he had ran the numbers on one more that was not on the website or even on the lot yet. He pulled it around and we felling love. A week later we went in to finalize the paperwork with Emily and it was all very informative and went smoothly. Absolutely NO hidden fees or trying to tack warranty on without mentioning it. Emily even took the time to explain a loan protection feature we were interested in to us several times all while our 2 kids were being antsy and noisy. Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend the dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle. 11 out of 10 stars More
