In 2002, Gord Pedersen and Dan Gagnon founded Auto Gallery of Winnipeg, hoping to revolutionize the general perception of the used car industry. Both men had begun their car sales careers working for large manufacturer dealerships, and they decided to combine their many years of experience and strike out on their own.
As Gord retired, Dan created a plan for a community-minded auto dealership that people would find worthy of not only repeat business, but also of referring their friends and family members. I had dealt with a dealership in Winnipeg many years ago and vowed I would never deal with another. At this time I had experienced dealership Tactic’s like needing a deposit to insure we were serious about and vowed I would never deal with another. At this time I had experienced dealership Tactic’s like needing a deposit to insure we were serious about purchasing a vehicle before we even looked at one or being pressured to buy even when we decided to go elsewhere. The problem then was trying to get our money back before leaving. When I saw this truck on auto gallery website I decided to go have a look, Darryl was very professional and explained the vehicles history and had documentation to support everything he said. On a second visit he called a dealership to confirm the vehicles remaining warranty for my satisfaction. Darryl was excellent to deal with and never once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. The people at auto galley was so amazing. Especially Jamie Olais and John Harland. When I came to finalizing everything I was sad that I wouldn't be dealing with them. It was so easy to get everything done and they did everything they could to make everything easy. Especially because my previous car was written off and having to deal with mpi. I am telling everyone if they even want a car they should definitely go here. I had a friend with me and she said that she would definitely come to them when they need another car. Very accommodating. Purchased in Feb of 2022. Had a bit of a problem with windows fogging up while driving. Took it back and the problem was instantly resolved. They als Purchased in Feb of 2022.
