Great Experience For three months I was checking the prices on Dodge Rams. Frequent visits to Auto Gallery's website showed that their prices were considerably lower t For three months I was checking the prices on Dodge Rams. Frequent visits to Auto Gallery's website showed that their prices were considerably lower that their competitors. During one visit to the website I found a low priced truck that was almost brand new, and had very low miles. I visited Auto Gallery, and was immediately approached by Andrew FRANCO. He was very laid back, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Throughout my dealings with him I felt that there was no pressure to buy and that he would be willing to spend as much time as necessary to ensure that our experience at auto gallery was great. As I had to finance the vehicle, I had to go through the dealership's finance department. While speaking to a finance manager there was a fair amount of pressure to get the dealership's insurance. however after steadfastly declining the insurance, the rest of the meeting went very well. Overall I was very happy with my experience, and will be recommending it in the future. More

Quinton is a new salesman but he seemed to know a lot about the vehicle we had our eye on and I felt comfortable dealing with him as opposed to most other dealers I have tried to work with. The "no haggle" price idea is nice. You don't have to worry about any potential awkward bartering. They only recently received the car themselves so the turn around in time between getting the car and us driving it away was pretty impressive. The only 4 I gave below is because of the rush on cleaning in some hidden spots but a quick wipe fixed that. When I called about a missed number on the safety they acted swiftly and I had a new one delivered to our door the next day out of town. The spare key was also delayed from somewhere and they didn't have it at the time of purchase but Quinton searched it out and I had it the next time I was in the city on short notice. So far we really like our new Escape. More
