The purchase from this dealership has been a complete nightmare and still can't believe how a dealership wouldn't help a customer in distress!!! Beginning of October car had engine noise after contact with auto Excel about noise they told us to take to garage of our choice (no recommendations )tried three garages and no one wanted to deal with Warranty company (first Canadian protection plans) Finally found a Service Garage in ile des chenes that would work with warranty. The car was diagnosed with low oil pressure and the engine was worn. Dealing with this Warranty company also has been a nightmare for the service garage and ourselves. The engine had to be finally changed out with a bill of $4131.97 The warranty that we bought had a maximum payout of $3,500 per claim but now the warranty company says that they would only cover $2,500 since the claim was within 6 months (not mentioned at the time of sale) We asked Drazen Bukvic (the general (finance)manager) multiple times to help out with the bill and he said there is nothing he could do. We got frustrated and a few choiced words were used regarding the situation . Drazen then sent us an email stating that if we contact him again he would file harassment charges. So here is a quick rundown car was purchased for $17,88 plus taxes and this so called two-year warranty for $3,965.92 with taxes . Within 90 days engine noise ,worn engine,worn bushings,etc We paid $1,631.97 to fix engine with our out of pocket money Then a week later we put in a claim for lower control arm rubber pucks both worn out within 90 days another $400 out of pocket money . How does this happen within 90 days with a safetied vehicle? First Canadian protection plan warranty looping the contract(I wonder why most service center say negative things about them ?) Not one bit of help from the dealership Auto Excell 1399 Dugald rd This whole purchase has been a nightmare ordeal. OVER $2000.00 OUT OF OUR POCKET MONEY FOR A VEHICLE THAT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN DRIVEN 3 MONTHS WITH WARRANTY ?!!! WOULD YOU BE FRUSTRATED? More
I am very disappointed with this dealership. I live an hour and a half out of the city, so I took the morning off of work to come look at a vehicle. Before I visited this dealer, I talked to a salesman ab hour and a half out of the city, so I took the morning off of work to come look at a vehicle. Before I visited this dealer, I talked to a salesman about the vehicle and he said it was in very good shape and looked even better in person compared to the photos online. When I went to look at it, the vehicle was VERY scratched up, even after I was told it was in very good shape. The salesman even admitted he had never seen the vehicle up close until I was there. If he had told me the body was in poor shape, I maybe would not have made a special trip to go look at it. He also lied about the accidents the vehicle had previously, and he was not interested in talking to me when i had told him I did not need to finance with him. DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer, they do not disclose full information until you find it first. Dishonest and shady, they only want the financing! More

I bought a truck from them on the condition that they would fix a tire sensor. One week later I called them to arrange the repair and I was told that the machine used to make the repair was down. We agre would fix a tire sensor. One week later I called them to arrange the repair and I was told that the machine used to make the repair was down. We agreed that by the 28th of December the machine should be repaired or they would have booked a third party to make the repair. Fast forward to the 28th and they have not done so. I offered to pay for the repair and fax them the receipt for reimbursement but declined that as well. So no I have to wait another week before they even book me an appointment anywhere. They even went on to say it was a low priority, like now that they have my money my business doesn't matter. More

I do not recommend this dealer.I purchased a Dodge Ram I do not recommend this dealer. I purchased a Dodge Ram truck from Auto Excel with conditions that they would fix the air conditioner, the front seat I do not recommend this dealer. I purchased a Dodge Ram truck from Auto Excel with conditions that they would fix the air conditioner, the front seat and the leak in the minor leak in the rear end. So we left the truck and returned home 3 hours away. they would let me know when it would be ready, 3 days later I called them o see if was ready, salesman Kingsley said will be ready Tuesday morning, I got a ride into the city , then called them Tuesday morning to when I could pick it up, he then told me there's an issue with the air, they can't afford to fix it at the price they sold it to me for. After a day of dealing with this I agreed to pay an extra $400, now had to wait an other day, finally Thursday afternoon paid for it and I picked it up. As I was leaving I noticed the spare tire missing, Kingsley said nothing I can do I don't have one here. I would have walked away the first the Tuesday but didn't have a ride back home and needed a vehicle. More
