bad experience very poor communication i just purchased a 2013 van and after driving 1500. km, I ended up staying 6 days at my own ecpense also additinal expences for the family who drove m i just purchased a 2013 van and after driving 1500. km, I ended up staying 6 days at my own ecpense also additinal expences for the family who drove me down gas, meals and accommodations, for six days I was given excuses from them saying t h ey needed money for insurance for two months in advance which I pad, which I later found out the insurance company did not speak with them about a quote, so i guess i lost that money they ask us to meet them halfway which was 1 1/2 hour drive and was told they couldnt make it because we needed vehicle plates, so we turned back and got my plates than waited another 6/7 hours before showing up with the van..to this day I did not get my money back and /or any documents or even a bill of sale from these people,,absolutly dissatisfied with their service, More
