REDICULOS ATTEMPT AT SERVICING HEATER RECALL Took the minivan in at 0600 On Monday to be first in line as we live 40 miles away in the country. Left a detailed note of the problem. Advisor calls me at 0745 and thanks me for the note and advises there might be a recall charge. I say no there is only 33000 K it is under warranty. I wait all day and call the dealership at 330 PM. They have not even looked at it yet. Many blue words later they say they will bring it in right away. Then 30 minutes later a call "all fixed". Will get the car to you tomorrow. Car is delivered to an in town location to help them out. Problem is worse. The technician needs to go back to school and realize he should test his repairs. The service dept. did the old "xxx"UME job. These guys need to check out the issues.."Caravan Fortum" problems since 2009. The HVAC item needs to be replaced!ALSO THE Actuator doors. Recall did nothing! $40K vehicle..5th we have purchased ....LAST ONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND DODGE! More

I have come to realize the importance of not only properly researching the vehicle that I will purchase, but to spend some additional time understanding what level of customer service I should expect from that dealership. After all, a vehicle is a depreciating investment that will consume our disposable income. At the very minimum, the quality and standard of service that the dealership offers should help ease the blow of expensive maintenance that is soon to come. After a few less than satisfactory service experiences and 3 very noteworthy parts department moments, I will consider using Auto Clearing Chrysler Dodge & Jeep of Saskatoon as the "absolute last resource" for my parts and service needs when no other dealership or after-market parts and service center is able to handle the task. Auto Clearing has taught me to appreciate the level of customer service that Dodge City and other high-end after-market service centers have provided since my first Dodge vehicle was purchased in 2002. As a customer, I do have good and bad days, much like that experienced by the dealerships. I don't always agree with the pricing and outcomes that I face when trying to keep my vehicle maintained, but those indifferences are not a reflection of quality service. The saying, "treat others the way you expect to be treated" has been a hallmark of Dodge City and many other high-end after-market service centers in Saskatoon. Auto Clearing has allot to learn about customer satisfaction. This experience has prompted me to post a positive review of appreciation for the overall service received from Dodge City. More

I did not appreciate the salesperson thinking that a woman would have no interest in the vehicle details besides the color and the radio station settings. In this day and age many woman are professionals that make major decisions in regards to purchases and can only expect the same treatment as the male gender in this area. I purchased a 2016 Cadillac SRX as a cash deal. I was treated as an important buyer and all info was passed on to me not my husband that was along for the ride. The time spent at your dealership to purchase a truck for my husband was three times as long as my experience purchasing a SUV at Wheaton Saskatoon. To much waiting!!!!!! More
