This is my third Audi from Audi of Mississauga, and I have to say that Ken Duncan, is one of the key reasons as to why I keep coming back and I am now in my third vehicle from Audi. Every time he has made the process of getting into a new vehicle a pleasant and enjoyable one, and completely seamless. His attention to every detail, and follow-up makes him an exceptional salesperson. Assisting him in the transition process, I would like to mention Kaileigh Rador, she made the “administrative tasks” of any new vehicle pick-up actually enjoyable and was really great in showing me all the key features of my new A5 and answering any questions. Supporting Ken’s sales efforts, is a great Service Team. Over the past eight (8) years of dealing with Audi of Missisauga’s service centre has been an enjoyable experience, with very minimal disruption to my schedule. I would have to say, largely in part to the two (2) key Service Consultants I have been dealing with over those years, first Tiffany Howe, and now Andrea Herman, “kudos” to them and the service team. More

Good salesman, good finance guy, poor management! Bought an R8 RWS(1of999). Asked for no detail job, got car full of scratches and marks. Had to hire professional detailer to correct paint damage. Dealer would not compromise with reimbursement of those out of pocket costs. Called to come to an agreement, have not heard back from them for 11 Days! This is the third R8 in my family and we will never deal with Audi of Mississauga again. Not professional, do not value brand loyalty by customers and not relationship centered for repeat business. More
WORST AUDI DEALERSHIP CANADA Terrible Customer Service and unorganized management ! We went car shopping to this dealer last year. We were shown a decent looking SUV by the sa Terrible Customer Service and unorganized management ! We went car shopping to this dealer last year. We were shown a decent looking SUV by the salesman. When we proceeded with the deal, we were surprised to know the car had already been sold. (why show us a car that has already been sold to someone else?) They then told us about some factory order which would take 3 months for the next similar model to arrive. Long story short, they took our deposit promising 3 months, but there was always some delay prolonging their "shipment" When we asked for a refund after their promised time, we heard all sorts of stories from the manager being away to the salesperson moving to another dealership. Its been over a year now and we still have not gotten back our money from Audi of Mississauga. More

Adeel Saquib the salesman was very helpful and professional and provided excellent customer service. Kaileigh Rador the Delivery Specialist did an excellent job of transferring my new Q5 over to me. The whole team was great and I would recommend them to anyone considering an Audi. Love my car! I want to say Thanks to Adi Ng and Nabil for the excellent customer service with my Audi6! More
Service advisor has no people skills!! Stay away from Audi of Mississauga's service advisor (Adi Ng)! This guy has terrible people skills and should not be dealing/working in a service env Stay away from Audi of Mississauga's service advisor (Adi Ng)! This guy has terrible people skills and should not be dealing/working in a service environment. His patience level registers ZERO and he can (will) quickly explode in anger if you don't agree with him. He will talk over you and raise his voice (actually start yelling) if you ask him too many questions. Speaking with the service manager will get you an apology but this is forgotten soon afterwards when the service advisor's behaviour is justfied by saying 'it was a busy and stressful day'. We all have stressful days and this doesn't justify yelling at customers. The General Manager was somewhat better at dealing with the 'situation' but I'm not sure if the service advisor was remotely remorseful since he has never apologized. The technicians at Audi of Mississauga appear to be friendly enough but I'm not sure they are as good as the technicians at Audi Oakville. I believe the experience and overall service level is better at Oakville Audi and I will be using them on future repairs. More

With Audi of Mississauga Shane worked with me and no pressure from him or his manager to make a Deal right away. Only after I purchased my new car did I meet the manager. Kaileigh Rador the Delivery Specialist did an excellent job of transferring the car over to me and setting up my phones, seating, A/C ,radio etc.. Thanks, More

With poor service and experiences after each visit I have to write a review because this cannot each go on any long with most recently being ignored, and dodged and neglected as a client of this dealership. Having the CPO manager TIMOTHY O'Reilly and our car salesmen ignore my calls when I need the dealership to fix a part on my Audi vehicle which it has been undriveable for the past 5 months and is still under audi warranty. Timothy O'Reilly just makee excuses after excuses to discourage and prolong the process so I would get frustrated and give up. This is no way how to treat any customer in any line of business and Audi of Mississauga, Timothy O'Reilly as well as Audi Canada should be ashamed of this. More
