When I arrived to pick up my car, it was a sunny day and I could see that there were chips on the hood which had been markered over. I asked why they would do this and Mr. Fretes said he would make a note in my lease and I should have no issues. Well I wasn't going to accept this, and this guy must have thought I was born yesterday. I would have been liable for paint job upon completion of my lease and he knew it. They did repaint the hood, but it was a terrible paint job. The headlights had paint on them! This must sound like I am exaggerating, but I could not believe the conduct of this dealership. Management and Alex in particular, were totally non responsive. They were rude and did not own up to their actions. It was a stressful experience and hope others will be aware of their conduct. The reason I write this four years later is the salesman had the nerve to email me this morning to inquire if I had any needs as my lease is expiring soon. CLASSLESS! More

Rude Service I usually service my Q5 at Audi Queensway or Downtown, but needed to use their service twice. Oil Change few months back and Flat Tire, that was earli I usually service my Q5 at Audi Queensway or Downtown, but needed to use their service twice. Oil Change few months back and Flat Tire, that was earlier tonight Bot times they were exceptional rude and stuck up. With oil change they were peddling a full audi service as a "must" and tonight, after my wife phone with two small kids in the car, with a flat tire, they flat out told her to go somewhere else. Not a group that should represent Audi owners and a brand. Filed a complaint with Audi Canada. More

No explanation or apologies, but kept saying that it would be ready soon. Four years earlier, on another vehicle, Q5, 1 caliper was damaged during winter tire change. Audi could not figure out the cause of abnormal noise despite 2 additional visits. A friend who is a Nissan service manager figured it out. A couple of other issues for which service kept saying nothing was wrong or could not be fixed under warranty eg passenger side wipers leaving streaks despite changing to new wiper blades, and preset radio stations randomly being erased, They did not seem to care to resolve my issues and appeared to not value me. I will not be returning anymore. More

Exceeded my expectations Always owned Honda's until my recent purchase of an Audi. While it wasn't initially purchased from Audi of Mississauga, I chose to have it serviced t Always owned Honda's until my recent purchase of an Audi. While it wasn't initially purchased from Audi of Mississauga, I chose to have it serviced there due to it being closest to my home. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. While it did take longer than anticipated to have my car looked at and serviced, Peter was excellent in addressing the matters and making sure I was well taken care of. He made sure I was informed at every step of the way and went out of his way to ensure he and the staff earned my business long-term. Being in the customer service and sales industry, I have to say my expectations are high and almost often difficult to please. This can make me nervous in trusting others to work on my vehicles. Peter and his staff never tried to upsell me on any items and did all they could to put what they could through warranty. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend them to others considering service for their Audi. More

I leased a brand new 2015 audi a4 in 2015 and i took the vehicle this year 2018 for its annual service. The vehicle has less than 40,000km and they advised me i needed to get my break pads along with the rotors changed on all 4 wheels and it would cost around $2000. Andrea from the service department advised me this can be a common thing with city or highway driving. First i would like to ask what other kind of driving is there? except for city and highway driving. Is Audi making cars for something other than city and highway driving?. Secondly, i would like to ask what kind of cars does Audi make if this is an issue after less than 40,000km of driving? are these cars not safe if the wear and tear is so significant after such little use? OR is the service department at this location trying to rob their customers by providing false information to their customers in order to get more money out of them? I got the car checked by a friend who is also a mechanic and they advised me only break pads on one of my wheels needed to be changed and that would probably cost a few hundred dollars nothing too extensive and dealerships like this take advantage of young women who know very little about cars. Now i wanted to lease another Audi after my lease term was done. However, that will definitely not happen, as it seems this location likes to take advantage of women who may not know much about servicing. very disappointed: you could have had a life long leaser but instead you decided to take advantage. More

Super Experience Bought two Audis from this dealership this year - A4 and Q5 . Both experiences were excellent from the sales as well as the delivery side .
