Upon receiving less than stellar service at other "Audi" branded dealerships, I decided to try Audi of Mississauga where I was introduced to Luigi. My intention was to pruchase a CPO Audi model and I "Audi" branded dealerships, I decided to try Audi of Mississauga where I was introduced to Luigi. My intention was to pruchase a CPO Audi model and I was dead set against leasing a new 2013 model. Luigi took the time to understand what model I was interested in, and the reasons why. He asked when I was available to meet with him and visit the dealership. Upon our intial contact, he had followup to thank me for contacting him, and sent me information on the used models I was looking for, along with a time to connect and discuss. He called me to confirm our appointment for the following saturday, to which I appreciated, and found very professional. Once we met, we discussed the models I was internested in, along with ideal pricing. We took out the used model i was interested in, and throughout the drive suggested that I look at the numbers to lease a new vehicle. We sat down and we discussed what features I wanted, my ideal budget, and a fair trade-in value for my current Audi. What made me most appreciate Luigi is that he was patient with my decisions and never made me feel rushed. Together we developed a mutally agreeable deals that addressed my needs and wants for a new A4. We submitted our deal that was accepted, and he continued to followup and keep me informed about the process and status of the deal and when the car would be ready. That following Saturday I picked up a brand new Audi and it was a very smooth and confortable experience with both Luigi and the Audi of Mississauga service.. Luigi even followed up with my later that day to thank me again for my business. Then the following Monday, Luigi called me again to see how I enjoyed the car, and if I had any question to reach out to him, This has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend Luigi to anyone looking to buy a car, but preferrable an Audi!
