He was able to match the best offer I had elsewhere for the Audi A4 and gave me a fully informed and lengthy test drive. The only issue I had was that I was hoping to get the 2017 Audi A4 at a certain price and it was in the process of being secured when the deal fell through and I had to get the 2018 A4 instead at a much higher price. Great After having spent considerable time looking to purchase a new SUV at different car maker dealerships, the 2018 Audi Q5 was the one that had the looks After having spent considerable time looking to purchase a new SUV at different car maker dealerships, the 2018 Audi Q5 was the one that had the looks and features that appealed to us the most. Audi's sales person Govind Basi was knowledgeable, took the time to explain this purchase/trade-in and we felt there was no pressure in consummating our deal. When we picked up the car a couple of weeks ago, Kaileigh (Specialist) spent much time with us to familiarize ourselves with all the intricacies of this new vehicle. The ordeal of the whole diesel scandal an The scenario: I returned my Jetta TDI and was basically not thrill with "Volkswagen AG" to say the least. The ordeal of the whole diesel scandal and subsequent class action lawsuit was fresh in my mind. In fact, I had just dropped off my TDI and my wife came by to pick me up. I had dealt with this dealership a long time ago ( re 2002 A4) and never had any bad experiences, even as the A4 got older and cranky. Anyway, long story short, I gave Audi of Mississauga a chance and they took. Excellent right from the first contact to the completion of the final deal. It helps to have a great product, but the service is ( in my opinion ) where this dealership shines. I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the dealership.
