Unprofessional And non-transparent. The salesperson gave misinformation and was inexperienced. I feel leasing was pushed on me and financing was not explained. I responded stating my dissatisfaction last Thursday and one week later I have not received a response. I have purchased from Mazda, Acura, Honda and Nissan and Audi has been the worst experience. I expected a higher level of professionalism which was not the case. I am very disappointed and am now stuck leasing a car for the next four years! More
