Came to the dealership to get an oil change as part of my Audi care and for a noise from the front suspension. When I went to go pick up the vehicle the told me that the rear damper was bad, why would they not advise me of the rear damper when they were telling me about the front links? I went home annoyed with the intention to call them later to find a solution to the issue.
