My Q8 needed to go in for a recall service . I needed to have access to a vehicle . I can’t believe Audi doesn’t drop off a vehicle for me to use and pick up mine to go in for service . Then ret I needed to have access to a vehicle . I can’t believe Audi doesn’t drop off a vehicle for me to use and pick up mine to go in for service . Then return my Q8 when service is done .When I had a Mercedes this option was always provided . Vickers picks up my husbands truck and returns it after work is done . I think Audi needs to pull up there socks and improve their service . More
Brought our vehicle in for a warranty service repair. While the vehicle was in the shop they notified us that the vehicle was in need of a brake job .Both the rear brake pads and rotors required replacin While the vehicle was in the shop they notified us that the vehicle was in need of a brake job .Both the rear brake pads and rotors required replacing and the pads were measured at 3mm which do not pass. We thought this was strange due to the low mileage and that the brakes were done in there shop one year ago when we had purchased the vehicle as part of the safety inspection. We took the vehicle to another mechanic to get a second opinion. He had told us that the pads were at 9mm and rotors were fine all at 80%.So we called Audi and let them know. We were told by dealership manager to bring the vehicle back in and that they were going to recheck it. We were in service shop when mechanic took another measurement and pads measured at 9mm and rotors were fine. At this point we were really upset questioning why they had called something that did not require replacing. They said they would look into it further and get back to us. Called management to get some feedback and was told they did not have an explanation and could not give me any feedback because it was internal and they could not tell me. We have lost all trust in this dealership .We are on our 2nd Audi and will be selling it and never buying another Audi ever again. Thanks Audi for the great experience. You really have to look into things yourself these days. I hope this has not happened to anyone else. What a horrible experience. More
