“Excellent Service” My experience purchasing a first car from Audi Winnipeg was excellent. I worked with Subh Khullar & Mrs. Celine the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out from Audi Winnipeg was excellent. I worked with Subh Khullar & Mrs. Celine the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. Mr. Subh Really support me in getting the approved my loan from the Bank although I had low credit score. Celine made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. I would highly recommend working with Subh Khullar and Celine to purchase your next vehicle. More

The initial warm greeting from the receptionist set the mood and it carried through to our amazing, knowledgeable and efficient sales associate Kyla. The positive vibe continued with Wade our finance manager who was relaxed and relatable in a professional manner. The experience was warm with zero stress the entire time. Felt like relatives when we left. We have bought many vehicles over the years and Audi Winnipeg scores TOP spot !! More

one of the worst car buying experience ..don't trust them in what they say .. they say something else and do something else ..i bought an infinity from them and i was given road side assistance with it and in what they say .. they say something else and do something else ..i bought an infinity from them and i was given road side assistance with it and 10 days after buying the car from them my car broke down in middle of the road at night time i called their so called road side assistance that they gave me , but they did not help me out and said they cant do anything to help me because my car is not Audi brand and they only service Audi brand vehicles . i was not told about this at the time of purchase . 10 days after buying the car there was problem . luckily I had roadside assistance still left from infinity who helped me toed my car and fixed it ,I emailed their manager the very next day it happened but there was no response . Then 2nd issue i had was i wanted to cancel my warranty with in 60 days . i left the msg with finance manager 2 times but he never returned my call back . when they want to sell something they call you right a way but when customer wants to cancel something they dont call you because they will lose out on commission . Then i finally got a hold of different finance manger who told me that my cancellation time has expired and i cant cancel . I told him that i left msgs and even showed them proof of my call details from rogers but still nothing was done . I emailed the GSM 2 times but there was no response .this is pathetic . not even a courtesy email showing any concern . they are only nice to you until the time you buy something ,once u buy something you are on your own and they dont give a xxxx xxxx about you More
