The building outside and inside was immaculate. The washrooms were extremely clean and all desks were clean . I made an instant connection with Scott Coubrough. It was certainly no problem for Scott as he recommended showing us the new Q 5 downstairs. He was enthusiastic , not pushy and has a very professional in appearance . Scott was able to quickly answer all questions about the SUV to our satisfaction. We were introduced later to Robby Lazo who was also very professionally dressed and as Scott, very well groomed. I like that look because it shows professionalism . Robby was very easy to talk to and he was knowledgeable about the financing part which really helped. The end result was we are very delighted customers. We left with our new Audi and were very satisfied with how much care and detail went into the sale of our new purchase. I was very surprised to be gifted a lovely present to unwrap from the company . Scott spent many hours ensuring that we felt confident with the various technologies of the SUV . We noted Scott with a towel and spray bottle going over the SUV before we departed. Attention to detail certainly showed. I took pictures with Scott because I wanted to show what this nice salesman looked like to others in Thunder Bay. We feel that we were treated extremely well by Scott and Robby and everyone in the dealership. Robby followed up with us once we were home and it was no problem for him to explain the questions we had about insurance etc. We will definitely recommend the product and our salesman Scott Coubrough and Robby Lazo to our friends looking for a new vehicle.
