I appreciate all of the staff at Audi Winnipeg. Michelle was excellent at keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Unprofessional And non-transparent. The salesperson gave misinformation and was inexperienced. I feel leasing was pushed on me and financing was not explained. After signing and taking the car I was not happy but would have left it at that, but then I get a call saying that they did the paperwork wrong and want me to re-sign. I responded stating my dissatisfaction last Thursday and one week later I have not received a response. I have purchased from Mazda, Acura, Honda and Nissan and Audi has been the worst experience. I expected a higher level of professionalism which was not the case. I am very disappointed and am now stuck leasing a car for the next four years! More
