This web page from DealerRater did not offer an option to select "Service" as a "Reason for Visit". No complaints regarding the individual service reps, but dealership policies seem to be designed to alienate customers, and management seems much more focused on finding excuses than in resolving issues. My vehicle is now beyond warranty (although less than 20K KM), and thankfully I have found an independent shop that charges about 60% of what Audi Wpg charges, with the added benefit of being able to deal with an organization that seems to actually be concerned with customer service rather than simply padding the bottom line. More
