Came to the dealership to get an oil change as part of my Audi care and for a noise from the front suspension. They advised me that the front sway bar links were bad and needed replacing, I told them if that Audi care and for a noise from the front suspension. When I went to go pick up the vehicle the told me that the rear damper was bad, why would they not advise me of the rear damper when they were telling me about the front links? I went home annoyed with the intention to call them later to find a solution to the issue. I was duped! !!! I was told by the sales person I would get $19000 for my trade in, that’s why I agreed to the deal to purchase the new Q3. Instead, I was shocked !!! I was told by the sales person I would get $19000 for my trade in, that’s why I agreed to the deal to purchase the new Q3. Instead, I was shocked to find out, I was given only $17000 and was duped!! This was not what I had agreed to. I tried to reached out to management and they did nothing about it. And they sold my SUV in just a few days, I had a good vehicle with very low mileage and knew what it was worth. Also, I was not informed there was hail damage on the brand new 2024 Q3 I purchased. Dishonest dealership. I don’t plan on buying another vehicle from Audi Winnipeg after my experience. Extremely disappointed!!!! On top of that I have brought in my car twice to service and got it back twice with new damage/scratches to the paint and 2nd time also to the plastic on the lower part of the front passenger rear view mirror. It’s is very upsetting for a car owner!!!! Especially to an expensive brand new car!! So, I have to worry from now on, on top of that, that when I have to take my car in for service, that there will be some kind of damage to it when I get it back. I’m extremely disappointed with Audi Winnipeg. More
