Service on February 4, 2019 I have had service problems with WI Audi in the past. (See my review of February 4, 2018.) This time, the service work was well done. However, do not leave anything of value in your rental car. I mistakenly left a $60 garage door opener in the rental car and, although reported almost immediately, the opener could not be found !!?? What is more, WI Audi seems to be engaging in a practice similar to certain disreputable European auto rental agencies. When I subsequently found an unannounced charge on my credit card. I was told WI Audi's measurement device had determined that the gas tank of my rental car had not been refilled. In fact, the tank had been filled at a gas station a kilometer away (much less than the 10 kilometer limit required by the rental contract). On page 311 of the 2018 Q5 owner's manual, we are told that "once the fuel pump nozzle turns off the first time, the fuel tank is full. Do not continue fueling, or else the expansion space in the tank will be filled with fuel." Despite this, and the fact that I supplied the gas receipt to the service agent, WI Audi declined to reverse its supplemental gas charge. If WI Audi does this to everyone... More
