Our car buying experience at Audi Richmond was superb. The entire sales team was very professional and our sales person arranged for test drives of several vehicles for my wife and I. We both wanted to get behind the wheel of each car we test drove and were never made to feel rushed by the salesperson who accompanied us. When we asked to take a car out for a couple of hours by ourselves, they didn’t hesitate to accommodate us. Precautions were taken to keep us Covid safe - the cars were sanitized before our test drives and the showrooms and waiting areas were spacious and immaculately clean. The car was detailed and sanitized prior to us taking possession and a team of people worked to complete the paperwork, do a walk around to inspect the car, connect our phones to the vehicle, and explain the more nuanced features of the driver/car technology interface to shorten the learning curve. It’s always great to buy a new car, but we can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the entire experience at Audi Richmond. Five out of five! More
