Our car buying experience at Audi Richmond was superb. The entire sales team was very professional and our sales person arranged for test drives of several vehicles for my wife and I. We both wanted to get behind the wheel of each car we test drove and were never made to feel rushed by the salesperson who accompanied us. When we asked to take a car out for a couple of hours by ourselves, they didn’t hesitate to accommodate us. Precautions were taken to keep us Covid safe - the cars were sanitized before our test drives and the showrooms and waiting areas were spacious and immaculately clean. The car was detailed and sanitized prior to us taking possession and a team of people worked to complete the paperwork, do a walk around to inspect the car, connect our phones to the vehicle, and explain the more nuanced features of the driver/car technology interface to shorten the learning curve. It’s always great to buy a new car, but we can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the entire experience at Audi Richmond. Five out of five! More

Hiroshi was very professional and helpful throughout our experience. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Hiroshi was a shining star and we felt good in his hands. A great positive from Audi Richmond is the cleanliness and professional presentation of the vehicle upon sale and test drive. There are a couple things I would like to note. I disagree with the no negotiation sales tactic and as a buyer you want to feel like you walked away a winner. This makes you feel opposite of that. I have to explain the very weird situation that arose. We finished our test drive, we were outside with the vehicle for 10mins. Then we walked into the dealership and I passed the keys to Hiroshi and he immediately walked by and passed them to another salesman and a customer. I was startled and asked what was going on. He said that they were going on a test drive. I reacted and said-no, we are buying this! And Hiroshi ran back and got the keys. The “customer” looked mad and disappointed. This all happened very fast and it was not communicated to us what was going on. I would have appreciated a heads up if there was another potential buyer. Perhaps we were not taken serious as buyers. Also I can’t not wonder if this was a sales tactic with another “customer” which would then force us to react and buy this vehicle. That can never be proven but if that is then it is extremely unprofessional. But again it wasn’t a big deal because we knew we were going to buy this vehicle. In all sense I was most concerned with others being in the suv immediately after because of COVID. It wasn’t a big deal but we definitely felt pressure from the financial office to purchase the extended warranty after we said no several times. We were asked why we said no which is totally fair and we explained why but then we continued to feel pressured to purchase the warranty. We expected this and it is what it is. Lastly the gentleman with insurance was very stoic and during the paperwork I thanked him multiple times and he didn’t say anything. It seemed as if we were a bother to him doing his job. Again Hiroshi was wonderful to deal with and we walked away feeling good despite the nine negotiation and we are happy with her vehicle. More
