We had hit a roadblock midway unfortunately due to some clerical issues on our old car loan, but Anna was on her toes to get it resolved at the earliest for us. She and Wilson were very kind and generous to give us complimentary gifts for the unforeseen delays that kept us from taking our new car home. Overall it was a wonderful transaction. The worst dealership i have seen. Does false promotional pricing. They bump up the price and then lower to show they are giving discounts. This is false promotion if the buyer sees the ad at higher price and buys the car that means the buyer is at a loss, since the advertised price on a different listing is lower. I was in contact with David and asked him today morning if there is any negotiation on price he said we have competitive price and we never do any negotiations. I told him normally there is some negotiation offered from other dealership and since i am flying from Saskatchewan to pick up vehicle, if he can do something better on price. His answer was no negotiation, so i said i’ll pass. Few hours after our conversation i see he lowered the price of the vehicle. It seems very unprofessional service. Being rude and shroud. If not interested in selling vehicle then Dont put up the ad and don't cheating on your customers with false ads and pricing’s. BEWARE BUYERS DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Sales person Jerry Guo was very polite and patient throughout the whole process. Would have gone to another dealership if it weren't for his great customer service.
