The numbers Audi Richmond presented for the car as well as my trade-in were reasonable and in line with what I was looking for, so the deal was quickly done. The only negative I could point out is some extensive waiting in the showroom before paper work or approvals are processed. The upbeat music helped a little. And, of course, the up-selling of extra cover is always an unwelcome nuisance, but simply part of the game. At the end of the day I ended up with a formidable used Audi Q3 in perfect condition. Overall I can warmly recommend Audi Richmond. More
