It takes between a half hour to a hour to get someone to answer the phone and generally they are not located at the dealership. No one calls you back including multiple calls to the service manager. The phone system that prompts you to leave your phone number for a call back doesn’t work. I had to go four times to get the same issue finally fixed. No one mentions that they had your vehicle for days and didn’t do anything. Absolutely atrocious dealership and no one cares! Fat cats for sure. More

Took my car in at 7:30am emergency light on coolant drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in. Monday came and went, got a text from my supposed service rep thatdidn't answer the phone. drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in. I brought in my car because the windows automatically went up after I put my top down and they went down when I put my top up - the opposite of what was supposed to happen.
