It takes between a half hour to a hour to get someone to answer the phone and generally they are not located at the dealership. No one calls you back including multiple calls to the service manager. No one mentions that they had your vehicle for days and didn’t do anything. Absolutely atrocious dealership and no one cares! Fat cats for sure. More

Took my car in at 7:30am emergency light on coolant drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in. I brought in my car because the windows automatically went up after I put my top down and they went down when I put my top up - the opposite of what was supposed to happen.
