Having not buy a car in over 10 years, I dreaded shopping around for another car. But that dread was laid to rest as Shehan Wick's knowledge, experience and laid back style put me as ease in purchasing my fi around for another car. But that dread was laid to rest as Shehan Wick's knowledge, experience and laid back style put me as ease in purchasing my first Audi (used 2006 A6 Avant). For a 5 year old car with over 100K on it, it was in immaculate shape. I feel I got a very fair deal on it and that I was getting a great car. When I did have a minor locked mute problem with the MMI, Shehan/Matt in service took quick care of it (Basically a firmware/software upgrade). I was able to come in the afternoon and I was setup at a workstation area with wireless where I was able to continue working while I waited for my servicing. That convenience and flexibility was important to me. I certainly feel I made a great choice in going with Audi and Pfaff Motors in Newmarket. More
