They only concentrate much on sales. And cant even check air pressure if you are not there for paid service. Customer service reduced. Money minded more. Please change like how it was before. Thats Audi big company. Dont behave cheap. The last visit here I was used pretty darn good. I had work done that warranty wouldn't cover so Audi covered 79% and Audi Midtown coverage remaining 30% That's top notch in my opinion.
