Yes this dealership can cost lives My brand new Audi was back in the dealership the second day after pickup, with a gas leak. The car was obviously not safe for driving but how did it My brand new Audi was back in the dealership the second day after pickup, with a gas leak. The car was obviously not safe for driving but how did it get pass quality control in the first place? There are no what-ifs here, this could've exploded into a fire. Issue #2: Had a recall couple months later, so I booked an appointment and brought the car in. Got a call later saying parts wasn't in but the order would be here the next day. Since I already got a rental I was fine waiting. Parts came in late, more waiting. Parts finally came but was defective on delivery... again QC problems! I asked to get my car back but they told me they've already taken it apart. Ended up driving a rental for 2 weeks! Issue #3 AC randomly fails. The compressor wouldn't work some times but dealership service dept cannot find the problem. Issue is unresolved. Issue #4 Coolant level drops constantly, back in the shop again. I won't make any recommendations, just stating my experience. Good luck. More

I required an early appointment and somewhere closer to my work. The E-tron technician was available at 7:30 which worked perfectly for me. This was the 1st service visit for my car and required only an oil change. The staff, from the receptionist to the technician, were pleasant and friendly. I requested that they look at a minor issue I have with the sound system settings returning to the default settings and from their diagnostics they couldn't find the cause. But were willing to take a further look if it persists. Granted this issue I've encountered rarely happens and I haven't found a pattern as to why it resets. The dealership is very new, with a great waiting area - offering free Wi-Fi (decent speed), very clean and comfortable. A complimentary wash and interior vacuum was a nice touch. More

Each experience through the process of test driving, purchasing, and servicing has been flawless. Even when we identified an issue with the Q3, the sales and service team took ownership and worked with us to resolve the problem. When it appeared it couldn't be definitively identified and we decided to change the vehicle, the Midtown team proved their professionalism and care of their customer. They provided options and met us exactly where we wanted to be with the trade-in and new car prices. Service is always ready for us and the cars are always ready when they say they will be. Recommendations and services performed are clearly explained. The team is like family to us. More

Service is always easy to book and ready on time. Audis can be expensive to maintain, but that is like any high end German car. Apart from maintenance, I have never had any issues with my Audis. Will buy by next Audi from them. More

All they cared was selling us another tire and suggested us not to call Insurance to end the issue on a quiet note. this place is dishonest and rude. DO. not go this place. More
Immoral Service Department and Service Manager I recently took my car to Audi Midtown Toronto because my dashboard was flashing “Ignition Lock Defective!”. This dealership charged me $150 to tell I recently took my car to Audi Midtown Toronto because my dashboard was flashing “Ignition Lock Defective!”. This dealership charged me $150 to tell me that the ignition lock needed to be replaced. In other words they charged me $150 to read back to me the words that were flashing on my dash. I asked the service manager about this and he said there was nothing he could do. More
Disappointed I made an appointment with Maria to test drive some CPO A4s on the recommendation from a family member. I listed the four cars I wanted to try with my appointment request. When we arrived we were greeted in a reasonable manner and we took the first 2 cars for test drives with the salesperson present (whereas at some of the other Audi dealers in the GTA I was allowed to test drive alone). She then told us she couldn't test drive cars all day and started providing unsolicited information about the loaner service provided to those who buy the more expensive Audis. If she didn't have time for test drives, she should not have agreed to the appointment we made. She could have stayed at the dealership while we test drove our selected models or referred us to another salesperson who had time. She also had a difficult time maneuvering the vehicles from their parking spots which surprised me as I thought all Audi Brand Specialists were well versed in driving. I am disappointed because I bought my first A4 here in 2004 when it was called Agincourt Autohaus and the sales staff at that time were wonderful to deal with. More
