I have been a loyal client of Audi London since I moved here in 2009. I have serviced a 2001 Audi TT ,a 2018 Audit TT and a 2024 Audit Q3 -the last 2 also purchased through this dealership .From the sales here in 2009. Geoff Manion and Blair Bravender in service have always been pleasant and friendly & while answering any questions I had . Dustin Ratelle in sales patiently spent a lot of time with me when I bought the Q3 as this was my first experience with touchscreen technology. He went the extra mile to set up my garage door opener at my home. He also offered to meet me for any questions or problems I encountered. What was a simple mistake by the service department turned into a two month battle with Audi Canada and London Audi. The arrogance of "We don't make mistakes" should never come out of someone's mouth. turned into a two month battle with Audi Canada and London Audi. The arrogance of "We don't make mistakes" should never come out of someone's mouth. Humans make mistakes all the time, how they are dealt with though is what matters. deny deny deny is not the right way. Lucky for London Audi they have people like Dustin R and Kevin D on their staff that are working towards salvaging a customer. We have two more pre-paid services remaining at London Audi, those will determine if this is our first or last Audi purchased. A word of caution though Audi Canada finds it an acceptable burn rate of oil is 7.5 litres per oil change. They find it acceptable to burn more oil than your motor can hold during the course of the 15,000km oil change interval. When an oil change costs $260 I don’t find it acceptable to have to pay another $110 it top up oil just to make it to the next service interval. More

Worst dealer ever, they are a bunch of thieves. Do not buy from them!!! They sold us a vehicle with a huge theft claim( which we accidentally came to notice a few months later after the purchase dat Do not buy from them!!!
