All of my interactions with everyone at Audi London, from reception to service and most notably sales has been great. Mike made parting with my hard earned money a pleasure, which sounds ridiculous but it was. There was no haggling over price, no "sales managers", and certainly no pressure. Also noteworthy is that at no point did Mike say anything negative about the other brands I told him I was cross shopping, something I experienced at BMW London and found completely repulsive. Also of note, I went to 4 other London dealers in my search, so this isn't about me disliking a particular brand. I wasn't referred to Mike, I'd never bought from Audi let alone Audi of London, but that didn't matter. He was honest, and polite and always has time to speak with me, even after the sale. More
