Over all I find service people very incompetent at the job that they do especially when they try to justify technical and push diagnoses to a person that actually understands and have worked on cars before. It feels like the show with a hidden camera at the car shop. More

But this is my second car from Mike and it's easily been the best buying experience I've ever had. For this car we did the entire deal via phone, email, text. I told Mike I wanted the easiest and most frictionless experience possible. He did everything he could to make it happen. I tried going back to our local dealer where I bought my last Audi. The experience was great the first time in Windsor, but that sales rep had left. When I returned, I found the experience to be incredibly painful. We waited 15 minutes for someone to help us, then the guy spent 15 minutes trying to find a car for us to test drive, and when he finally arrived, he brought the wrong car. My wife was instantly annoyed with them! She said, "Call Mike!" I called Mike the next day and got the deal done. The dealership is two hours away. Within a week he had secured my new vehicle, worked details to return a lease and met me half way to make the swap. Entirely seamless from start to finish. I can't recommend Mike enough and will ONLY deal with him in the future. Mike also tells it like it is. He'll give you the best possible price with no rigamarole. He knows that you know invoice pricing. He knows you have a Car Cost Canada report. Or have tried Unhaggle. Mike won't mess with you. He'll give you a fair price and tell you when he's done all he can possibly do. This is the way car buying should be. Thanks, Mike! More
