Exceeded My Expectations I was looking for a certified pre-owned Audi S4, when I came across one at Audi London. Shortly after sending them an email requesting for more inform I was looking for a certified pre-owned Audi S4, when I came across one at Audi London. Shortly after sending them an email requesting for more information on the car, I got a call from Faye, one of the Audi Brand Specialists in London. She was extremely kind, helpful, and most of all knowledgeable about cars. Her willingness to work with my budget, mixed with her great personality prompted me to make the 5 hour trip down to London to test drive the vehicle. I arrived to the dealership 3 hours earlier than expected, and the Audi London team greeted me and rushed to have the car prepped for a test drive. Within 15 minutes I was on the road. It was at this point that I truly saw Faye’s passion for cars as she had the answers to all of my questions, and gave me a full run down of the cars features. Once back at the dealership, she searched their Canadian directory to find me the exact colour and trim I wanted, and I ended up purchasing a brand new 2019 Audi S4. I got to meet the rest of the team, and they were all just as kind and knowledgeable as Faye. While at the dealership for service, I inquired about the trade in value of my vehicle. They just happened to have the new vehicle I was looking for. We took it for a test drive and the rest is history. A few days later, I arranged to pick it up during the Easter long weekend. Mike Raposo of the sales staff was amazing, taking the time to explain all of the paperwork answer questions and show us the new features of our vehicle. Tony Leung, the manager even came out to congratulate me on the new vehicle and catch up with me after my last purchase in 2015.
