incompetent service #2 I had car examined and held for a whole day to identify leaking exhaust which was clearly visible. After that it took a week to get the parts and anot I had car examined and held for a whole day to identify leaking exhaust which was clearly visible. After that it took a week to get the parts and another week to book an appointment for the fix. The dealer was informed that the car will be needed the same day for the family trip and i was reassured that the car will be fixed that day. On the day of the scheduled appointment half way thru the day i got the call that some of the parts can not be removed and that the car will need to stay in the shop for another day. With the big its not our problem. No loaner and no interest what you will do without the car and how you gone manage your family trip. Complete bust and ignorance. If you know you may run into issues do your checks first before taking the car apart and if you are not sure that you can fix it in the given time, maybe you should not have started the job. So for i have not have any good experience with this dealer and every visit comes with some kind of issues. Thank you for complicating my vacations!!!! More

I work late had some issues with my insurance company and being without a vehicle and (twice) she arranged for a loaner vehicle to be dropped off at my home late after hours until my new vehicle was ready. She also kept in contact with text and email immediately both during and after hours to make sure everything was perfect.
