Unconscientious I recently purchased a new R8 and it was delivered with a scratch. Audi Kitchener-Waterloo denied any responsibility and was very difficult to deal wi I recently purchased a new R8 and it was delivered with a scratch. Audi Kitchener-Waterloo denied any responsibility and was very difficult to deal with in repairing the damage. They became more sensible once I escalated my concerns to Audi Canada Customer Relations, after which I was offered compensation after the repair was completed. Once I had the repair done, the General Manager, Michael Crosby, claimed "both Audi Canada and ourselves have a policy that we don't compensate..." I had to travel a total of 600 km and lost a day of work to have the scratch fixed. The Parts Department was unknowledgeable and didn't know what a battery trickle charger was. I had to contact a dealer in Toronto in order to source the part. The dealer in Toronto was friendlier and more helpful than Audi K-W even though I didn't purchase my car from them. Do yourselves a favour: if you're purchasing a new Audi, drive the extra 40 minutes to a conscientious dealer. More

He took time on his day off to get me detailed pictures of the cars exterior and interior. Prompt, Passionate, Kind, Honest are just a few words that come to mind.
