Amazing Service Again I Purchased an A4 in May 2017 and I realized that it was not the vehicle that I really wanted. I reached out to Ben, who I dealt with back in May, and I Purchased an A4 in May 2017 and I realized that it was not the vehicle that I really wanted. I reached out to Ben, who I dealt with back in May, and explained my situation and he advised that it might be a bit early to trade my A4 but would work some numbers out. He got back to me quickly and had worked his magic and provided me with numbers on a 2018 Q3 which was what I was interested in. The whole experience in returning my A4 for the Q3 was quick and easy. When arriving to take delivery of my Q3, Rashid walked through everything with me, answered all my question and got me on the road very quickly. I love the Audi brand and everyone I have dealt with at Audi KW. In 4 years after my lease is up, I will for sure will be returning for another Audi. I was also surprised that the sales manager, Deon Van Der Watt knew my whole situation surrounding my visit and congratulated me on my new vehicle and thanked me for my continued business. More
