Appointment was to be 1 hour for oil change turned into 3-1/2 hours. Mechanical problem that apparently all Q5 vehicles was not resolved. The next available appointment which was to take the whole day cou 3-1/2 hours. Mechanical problem that apparently all Q5 vehicles was not resolved. The next available appointment which was to take the whole day could not be booked until two weeks later. Leaving the dealership the car made twice as much noise with the mechanical problem. For a new car with only 5000 km driven on it in the first year of ownership this situation is ridiculous. We would never recommend buying an Audi to anyone. We called different people and left messages and no one called back More
