A virtually brand new car with only 9000 kms. Water leaking into the trunk. Firstly they asked if it was in accident No.Your engine management computer would tell you that. Then they claim som Water leaking into the trunk. Firstly they asked if it was in accident No.Your engine management computer would tell you that. Then they claim someone tried to pry the sunroof open. No then the alarm would have gone off. Sunroof seal has deteriorated due to weather. The car is 11 months old only how can this happen. Ps: they then claim it’s not covered by warranty It’s a Audi !! $2000’s later the car is returned in the below state. Disgraceful Downtown Audi , at least have the decency to acknowledge you have issue with the model. When these points are told to them they don’t have a answer . Shocking , beware !! More
