Speechless and Appalled. Called parts Dept. yesterday to order touch up paint. Spoke to a guy who refused to place the order unless I physically visited to pay $20, as they do Called parts Dept. yesterday to order touch up paint. Spoke to a guy who refused to place the order unless I physically visited to pay $20, as they don't accept credit card payments over the phone, nor website nor e transfers, nor paypal, NOR ANY OTHER POSSIBLE PAYMENT OPTION other than physically visiting. Asked for the Parts Manager. Tom Bowers called back on speakerphone with a cocky indifferent tone trying to explain the logic behind the order refusal: they don't want to get stuck with unwanted parts should customers change their minds. Which makes perfect sense from a cost and storage perspective no matter how small the amount BUT WHY PENALIZE CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR INABILITY TO ACCEPT PAYMENT = two customer visits, once to pay and once to pick up. COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS AND INDIFFERENT TO MY TIME COST wasted driving 40-60mins X 2. When I asked if he factored in to their bottom line the posting of my dissatisfaction online, he considered that a threat! In other words, this guy can factor in the risk of $20 to their bottom line, but couldn't care less about the cost of an unhappy customer clearly perceived as a SUCKER by his unapologetic stand. Coming from a Customer Service background within a major multinational setting and having experienced AUDI Dealerships in Europe, I'm completely appalled and speechless. No GTA AUDI dealership will accept any payment option other than paying in person. Will be escalating further with Head Office. A company perfecting engineering at these levels cannot possibly be so backward in business practices. More

Everyone that we came in contact with at the dealership was professional and very helpful, making this process a little more seamless than we thought it would be. When I had a couple of concerns after taking the vehicle away, my issues were addressed immediately by Daniel, his manager and the gentleman who assists in getting cars ready to be delivered. And thanks to Chris as well for assisting in the delivery of the vehicle. More

Considering I am from Ontario and flew into Vancouver to do this deal, the entire process while tedious was as smooth as could be. If you are looking to buy.....Iain is the guy!!! More
Can't even order the Car right Awful. Terrible. Horrendous. Amateurish. I ordered a new car in May 2016. It was delivered in late September 2016 and the dealer incorrectly ordered Awful. Terrible. It was delivered in late September 2016 and the dealer incorrectly ordered the car without the package I asked for (and the dealer asked me if I remembered what dealer options I ordered as their system crashed and they had no record of it!). Dealer did not own up to their error or make any real effort to fix the issue (as they sold the car immediately after I declined to take the order). Given that the manager cannot perform such basic tasks as correctly ordering a car or customer service, I did not reorder the car with them. As the cars basically sell themselves, the manager could care less about customer service. Avoid at all costs. More

Great Brand Horrible Dealership Audi is a brand that is the apex of the industry, with that being said this dealer is the exception to the rule. If you really want the experience that you deserve then go ANYWHERE else. This dealer particular is after ever dollar that they can get from you. Their drive to the ultimate customer experience is NON-EXISTENT. You as a customer deserve better than this dealer. Sales Manager and GM have no interest in your business or your concerns. More

The service department helped me prioritize my repairs, saved me some money on optional items that the car didnt really need. The service shuttle dropped me off at my office and picked me up at the predetermined time. Outstanding service from initial schedule to the quality of work completed. I negotiated a fair deal on my beautiful S5. The price was as expected and the business office treated me well. I will buy from here again. More
