the worst Audi dealer around I always bough my audis from Pfaff in Newmarket as Audi Barrie could never match prices I got at Pfaff . However since I live in Barrie - i thought it would be easier to get my cars serviced here - BIG mistake, dishonest, unprofessional service that starts at the top. General manger doesn’t return calls (doesn’t have a voice mail!) emails etc. . I have been bringing my cars with the same complain that they are unable to fix - seems like they are waiting for the warranty to run out. Oil changes - always list the same amount of L ... doesn’t matter if I drove 25k or 5k between services. STAY AWAY from this dealer! More

Great Service! Purchased a Pre Owned Dodge Ram 1500 from Audi Barrie. Cheapest one on the market and was in immaculate condition. I called in with some questions and to set up a test drive. He stayed late after his shift and had the Ram fully detailed before I came to see it. Everything was so easy and smooth, which is not the norm with prior car purchases from other dealers. He even gave me a tour of the entire dealerahip! Not only did we find an amazing Q3 we were treated like royalty. Our sale representative, Kevin Doner was super knowledgeable and not pushy. I hate push, fake “sale” people and we encountered many over the year search but not at Audi Barrie. They went beyond our expectations and delivered truly amazing service. They worked within our budget, gave us a super competitive deal and went further to offer us great perks that really sweetened the deal. They even stayed late, after closing so I could go over everything and make sure I was comfortable my new vehicle and how everything worked. Awful! I purchased my Q5 in Newmarket, but I live in Barrie. I figured I would just get an oil change in Barrie to save on the drive. I called numerous times I purchased my Q5 in Newmarket, but I live in Barrie. I figured I would just get an oil change in Barrie to save on the drive. I called numerous times to book an appointment with no return phone call. I had to drive there to make the appointment. When I dropped my car off (11am), they told me they would call me as soon as it was done. I had to call them at 430 (as they close at 530). They said it has been done for hours but the guy that did it went home due to an emergency. Well where was everyone else who works there? Did everyone go home? Who took over for this guy?. Was I just suppose to leave my car there until someone realized there was an extra car sitting around? When I went to pick up my car, I got in and my washer fluid still said low....But the checklist said it was filled up??? What else wasn't done that has been checked off..... I could have dropped my car off twice in Newmarket in the time I waited around my house for it. More
