During a Dec 3 tire swap on my 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron, Technician Thomas K improperly installed tires (105T rear, 107T front) and underinflated them to 41.5 PSI instead of 44. Manager Campbell Paton dismissed my concerns, and follow-ups to General Manager Matthew Adams went unanswered, with only a generic reply from the Service Manager. This experience has shaken my trust in your dealership. I request an investigation, a written response, and assurance of corrective action. More
