I have owned over 25 cars in my time. This experience unfortunately had to be one of the worst dealership/ purchase experience I've had. The safety was done, but I'm not sure how as I took to another Audi dealer which I have dealt with for years & I got the brakes are low but they pass.... Tires on the other hand should never have passed to meet the Audi certified standard", "Wipers need to be changed, they are shot". and "the Oil is low and needs to be changed because it wasn't done". How do you sell a $60k ++ car like that??. I love Audi and will continue to buy Audi.... just NEVER again from this dealership. Not one of my concerns were taken seriously nor did I get the feeling they even cared. I tried to book it in for their service department to correct and they wanted me to wait over two weeks.... Crazy considering I JUST picked up the car!. More

In early April I purchased a used GMC Sierra at Audi Barrie. The purchase experience was one of the best I have had with a car dealer. Daniel Carnales was great. Very professional and a no pressure style which was very refreshing. If I had a question and he did not know the answer he was quick to find it. They gave me plenty of room to investigate the truck and even allowed me to have it checked out by my own mechanic. A testament to their own confidence in the vehicle. When it came time to purchase, Jacquie was also very pleasant to deal with and things went very smoothly. When we picked up the truck they treated us as they would the purchaser of a new Audi. It was detailed, and prepped complete with bow. A month and 1500klm later and the truck is still running beautifully. All told, it was one of the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have had and I have had many. Thank you to the Audi team and keep it up. More
