Where to start? Best car buying experience of my life - hands down. I initially went in to provide support for my son on his first car purchase: a pre-owned Corolla. We encountered Daniel Carnales who was exceptional in his service from start to finish. I was so impressed that I was on the phone to him a week or so later to buy another vehicle from him! My purchase was also a pre-owned off-brand vehicle but Daniel treats you like you're buying a $100k showroom vehicle. Daniel actually LISTENS to what the customer wants and works hard to deliver it. He was available to answer questions, even on his day off! Courtesy, transparency and consideration are a 10/10 Audi Barrie dealership as a whole was a great experience. I must also mention Jacquie Emerson in finance who was also available at the drop of a hat for my queries. Jacquie worked to get me that lower APR that I wanted, and on the day I took delivery of the vehicle, told me she'd got an even lower rate! What a nice surprise! I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. This is how you earn customer loyalty. Outstanding. More

My transaction was quite complex: purchased a used vehicle out of province, including trade in. Campbell made sure I took advantage of all available loyalty programmes and assisted to secure the best financing. On the finance side, I worked with Aaron Hawkins who was also incredibly helpful; responsible and thorough in all communications. There were many details to be addressed in this transaction; Campbell and Aaron worked as a great team to solve all complexities, always happy to assist. So great. When I received the vehicle, there was a relatively small issue with a suspension component. The local dealer was willing to assist but, once again, the team at Audi Barrie: Aaron, Paul Ceranovic and Ryan Dermott rose to the occasion and put relationship ahead of dollars. I was remarkably well looked after by the Audi Barrie team and highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase - even if out of province! More

Then, the day came for us to pick up our Q3. We were already excited, but when we arrived, Daniel created this whole "pick up/red carpet" like experience for us! Zach was a breath of fresh air. No high pressure sales and he was honest and straight forward. He was patient with my question and detailed in his responses.
