I purchased my first Audi last week and was very pleased with my experience with Audi Barrie. My salesperson Daniel was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, easy to get along with and very accessible. Audi Barrie (Dilawri Group) exceeded our expectations from start to finish with the trade-in of our 2018 Jaguar XE-S and purchase of our 2019 Audi e-tron. They give you the “red carpet treatment” from b from start to finish with the trade-in of our 2018 Jaguar XE-S and purchase of our 2019 Audi e-tron. They give you the “red carpet treatment” from beginning to end, which does not seem to end, with free car washes offered every Saturday. Our Salesperson Daniel went above and beyond for us, to get us the best price on our trade-in (actually $9,000 more than our closest Jaguar dealership which is why we started looking at other brands - pretty big thing to do when you are die-hard Jaguar enthusiasts), and a fair price for the vehicle we were purchasing. He made sure all of our requests were met and followed -up with any questions or concerns in a timely manner (pictures, winter tyre and rim purchase, etc.) - more than we have ever received elsewhere, which is saying a lot as we don’t keep our vehicles long. He also connected on a day the dealership was closed to make this deal happen and worked well communicating electronically as we live 2.5 hours away. Our Finance Manager Jacquie was wonderful to deal with as well. She was quick and efficient. They are also fair with their pricing of add-on options, They don’t attempt to gouge the consumer and are a considerable amount cheaper than other offers from other dealerships we have had in the past - we actually took them up on their options and had the vehicle ceramic coated, interior protected and windows tinted - which was done in a high quality job. Our Sales Manager Paul was very concerned with our complete satisfaction and made sure we were 100% happy. He even took the time out of his busy day to connect with us and welcome us to the Audi Barrie Family prior to us leaving the dealership with our new to us vehicle. We will not hesitate to contact Audi Barrie in the future for our next vehicle purchase - they may have even swung us in the direction of Audi Enthusiasts.
