We had a great experience with Dan Carnales and Jacquie Emerson at Audi Barrie. In a very difficult and complicated time to get a new vehicle in a timely fashion, not to mention dealing with our off-lease Emerson at Audi Barrie. In a very difficult and complicated time to get a new vehicle in a timely fashion, not to mention dealing with our off-lease one in a fair way, Dan and the team from Audi Barrie came through with flying colours. Living in Toronto, there are plenty of Audi dealerships closer to us, but none showed the care and attention to detail to our specific needs like Dan and Audi Barrie did. So much so, that the 70 km it took for us to get there was well worth it. Dan got our vehicle ahead of schedule and made my wife's surprise birthday present a very special day to remember. We'd happily recommend Dan and team, and certainly would work with him again if given the opportunity. More

Do not service your Audi in Barrie. I have a less than two year old S3 and went in for a simply oil change and came out with no Air Conditioner working.
