Bought used car from a dealer named Mohamed Ouadallah and first of all the service there is shameful for a brand like Audi. Why do I have to almost beg to get in contact with the seller ? And let’s not forget the secretary who could not look less bothered to do her job. She even was having a personal call while I was waiting to make my deposit. I had to wait for her to finish. Crazy. The customer service was a foreshadowing of the rest of the my experience with them. The car they sold me had motor issues that was hidden from me. Now I am stuck without warranty having to change the motor of that said car 4 months after purchasing it. Biggest disappointment from a brand like that. More

Tried calling for service appointment , the receptionist took my name and said Someone will call back the next day. This is a rating for Derek in the service Dept of AUDI ANJOU. I had issues with my Audi's speakers - turns out Derek came out to talk to me as he was having a hard time reproducing the issue. After spendi ANJOU. I had issues with my Audi's speakers - turns out Derek came out to talk to me as he was having a hard time reproducing the issue. After spending 10 mins together in the car, we figured out it was the cable connecting my phone to the car that was defective. He said there would be no charge for the visit! Thanks Derek and AUDI ANJOU! and to anyone reading this - change the cable between your phone and car before going into service for speaker issues! More
