Bought used car from a dealer named Mohamed Ouadallah and first of all the service there is shameful for a brand like Audi. Why do I have to almost beg to get in contact with the seller ? Isn’t his job su first of all the service there is shameful for a brand like Audi. Why do I have to almost beg to get in contact with the seller ? Isn’t his job supposed to be customer oriented? And let’s not forget the secretary who could not look less bothered to do her job. She even was having a personal call while I was waiting to make my deposit. I had to wait for her to finish. Crazy. The customer service was a foreshadowing of the rest of the my experience with them. The car they sold me had motor issues that was hidden from me. Now I am stuck without warranty having to change the motor of that said car 4 months after purchasing it. Biggest disappointment from a brand like that. More
Tried calling for service appointment , the receptionist took my name and said Someone will call back the next day. Called back 2 days later and told receptionist that I never got a call and she was very ru took my name and said Someone will call back the next day. Called back 2 days later and told receptionist that I never got a call and she was very rude . She Transferred me to service manager who never called back , it has been 1 week .. Rather go to Lauzon Or Prestige Audi, at least you get to speak to someone for appointment . More
