First, there was a freight issue because I was looking for a blue ca Worst car buying experience. Just bought a new Scion FR-S and it was a nightmare. First, there was a freight issue because I was looking for a blue car and they said getting the car won't be a problem since they have priority on any other dealer to get the car. 2 days after the guy called and said that they can't get the blue as only a dealership in Ottawa has it and if I want it I have to pay the freight, which is already charged on the bill of sale by the way. I told him to cancel and then he called back saying that they will do me a favour and pay it themselves. A car that was supposed to be delivered within the first week was delivered 3 weeks after, could have been longer if I did not keep following up. Secondly, we agreed to have an audio upgrade (Bongiovi add-on) when we were discussing the price. They did not include it on the bill of sale, intently, knowing that I will not have any valid ground to argue when it comes time to deliver the car. I specifically asked the guy many times after we made the sale about how long it would take to have it installed and, the answer was always "a few hours" once the car arrives. Thirdly, if you ever still go there, do not get the rust proof or data-dot xxxxxxxx as these are complete rip offs ($1000 for a rust proof?). Obviously, this is the last purchase I'm ever doing from them. More

Don't buy from here I wish I could give them 0 stars. I found a vehicle that I liked, and put a conditional deposit on it. Unfortunately, a medical issue came up, and my I wish I could give them 0 stars. I found a vehicle that I liked, and put a conditional deposit on it. Unfortunately, a medical issue came up, and my licence was revoked. When I explained that I would no longer be in need of a vehicle, the sales associate got very upset and walked away. When he came back, he demanded to know the "real" reason hat I was not purchasing the car. (Insinuating that I was lying) When my medical situation clears up and I want to look for a car again, I will not be going back to this dealership. I would rather walk for the rest of my life. More

Oil change Wow. Simply amazing. I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change and the service manager Joe was able to fit me in right away. Even though Wow. Simply amazing. Based on my recent experience with Erin Park Toyota and then with Attrel Toyota, I must say that Attrel is far better than Erin Park Toyota. They took 30 mins more than they initially promised, but I think then with Attrel Toyota, I must say that Attrel is far better than Erin Park Toyota. They took 30 mins more than they initially promised, but I think that is very much within tolerable limit. The service people are very straight forward and you can see through the waiting lounge as to what they are doing with your car, which is a BIG BIG limitation with many other dealerships. More
