Don't buy from here I wish I could give them 0 stars. I found a vehicle that I liked, and put a conditional deposit on it. Unfortunately, a medical issue came up, and my I wish I could give them 0 stars. I found a vehicle that I liked, and put a conditional deposit on it. Unfortunately, a medical issue came up, and my licence was revoked. When I explained that I would no longer be in need of a vehicle, the sales associate got very upset and walked away. When he came back, he demanded to know the "real" reason hat I was not purchasing the car. (Insinuating that I was lying) When my medical situation clears up and I want to look for a car again, I will not be going back to this dealership. I would rather walk for the rest of my life. More
Oil change Wow. Simply amazing. I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change and the service manager Joe was able to fit me in right away. Even though Wow. Simply amazing. Even though this was a routine visit, the Attrell team found things that I didn't even know were issues (ie burnt out light bulb, dirty air filter etc.) Great service, professional and timely. Based on my recent experience with Erin Park Toyota and then with Attrel Toyota, I must say that Attrel is far better than Erin Park Toyota. They took 30 mins more than they initially promised, but I think then with Attrel Toyota, I must say that Attrel is far better than Erin Park Toyota. They took 30 mins more than they initially promised, but I think that is very much within tolerable limit. The service people are very straight forward and you can see through the waiting lounge as to what they are doing with your car, which is a BIG BIG limitation with many other dealerships. More
I have never bought a car from them so cannot comment on that. I have only been there for service and was disappointed every time. The service staff is extremely rude. I got yelled at by a mechanic when I a that. I have only been there for service and was disappointed every time. The service staff is extremely rude. I got yelled at by a mechanic when I approached the counter after the guy in front left. I hadn't said anything yet and was told to hold on. Also, they sold winter tires to my wife ($50 more than Canadian tire) on the promise that they will switch them with all seasons when the time came if I get an oil change at that time. Guess what, when they said oil change, they meant comprehensive service, not an oil change. I believe that is called bait and switch. To their credit I emailed the owner and was told to not worry and they will change the tires for free. When I got there, I had to wait 30 minutes to get that confirmation. I keep my winter tires for at least 3 seasons and did not have the patience to jump through those hoops. The third incident that sealed the deal was when I went in to change tires on 3 different cars. Even after having an appointment for all three, it took them 3.5 hours to change tires on 3 cars and again the service guy behind the counter was rude beyond measure. I deal with Costco, Canadian tire and many other business establishments. I haven't had this many bad issues with one place before. Again, their sales staff seemed helpful and friendly, so can't comment on that. Who know what they do once you get the car. More
Dishonest and deceiving behavior. Jack up prices way above MSRP and then lower it on customer demand to make it look like they are giving a nice deal. I decided to buyout my leased car and when I went to this dealership to return/buyout the car, I was STUNNED at the service I received. First off, I had to wait for 2 hrs before the rep came, in spite of hav dealership to return/buyout the car, I was STUNNED at the service I received. First off, I had to wait for 2 hrs before the rep came, in spite of having an appt. Secondly, these guys said there is an admin fee of $400 that I have to pay to get the paper work done. The lease document does not show anywhere that there would be an admin fee when I return the car, I was shocked to see the (non-negotiable) charge they asked me for preparing the buyout documents (WHATEVER). Thirdly, they asked to get the emission and safety done through their dealership ($400) as opposed to getting it done outside( $100). They just tried to rip me of my money. Nothing was stated in the document when I went to get the car on leaser and now when I am trying to return/buyout the car, these weird charges came up. Lastly, not to forget this dealership has the worst service ever. PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP if you want to save time and money ! More
