I booked a maintenance online and received an email confirmation, called 2 days prior to my appointment to confirm and the service associate tried to convince me I needed a more expensive service package. (Toyota recommended 56k maintenance was only an oil change, Attrell recommended was over 3 times more expensive). After a little back and forth I am told that if I get just the Toyota recommended maintenance package then my car would not need to be serviced by a "Master Technician" and the earliest appointment was 11AM with a "Regular Technician" (Over 3 hours later then my original 7:45 CONFIRMED time, that I personally booked time off for). I immediately cancelled my appointment and booked with a different shop. Why offer confirmation to a scheduled maintenance only to cancel it when the customer does not want to agree to an up sell. I have been going at this dealership for more then 3 years for service of my two cars. Infect, i bought one of them from this dealership. Even though I live in Mississauga. I have my Winter tiers for both cars purchased and stored with them as well. They offered me Free Storage for life with Tire Purchase. They had provided me shuttle service to Mississauga as well 3 times when they needed more time to work or were busy. In the past one and a half year, there service department has become more customer un-friendly. I am not surprised to see some 1 star reviews from other customers complaining about the behaviour of the Service manager. I have seen him arguing with a customer in very rude manner. Last December I went to get my Tires Swap and oil change. My cars tail light has moisture in it. I do have the ECP on the vehicle. The service lady told me she will discuss with the mechanic and let me know. She came back to me later and told me that the tail light need to be replaced and there will be no cost to me but they will have to order the part and will call me when the part arrives. They created the bill for it which clearly shows that the price will be 0. Off we go but i never received any phone calls and I forgot about it as well as i was not using the car (FRS) that much in the winter. Now i need to swap the tires again, i called for an appointment, told them about the tail light from the last appointment and another issue, they noted it down. She said the car is due for a full maintenance check which will take 3 - 4 hours, I said sure, i will just need a shuttle ride, that is where she said they are no longer offering shuttle service to outside Brampton. and gave me the option to get the service check done from a local dealership in Mississauga. I said fine i will get it done in mississauga and i was not due for Oil change anyways as it was not even 6 months i got the last oil change. and booked the appointment. An hour later I received a call back and i was told that the tail light is not covered in the warrantee and I will have to pre-pay for it before they can order it. I told them about what i was told last time and i have the written document from them, they refuse to honour it. I still needed the tires swapped so i went for my appointment, have them swap the tires, i did not get the oil change as i need to get the full service done which include the oil change, did show them the paperwork from December about the tail light, but they flat out refused again. They did escalated it to Toyota Canada for a consideration. I said fine and sit in the waiting area. 15 minutes later, the guy came and took me to the service manager, and i was really surprised on what he said. He told me that since I am not getting the oil change done, (Which is not due till June 2017), they can not store the tires unless i pay $57 storage fee. I told him I am not due for the oil change and I can get the maintenance service done but I can not stay in the dealership for the whole day unless you give me a drop-off. He flat out refuse to offer that. He refused to do the tire swap unless I agree to pay the tire storage fee. I am not a person who will argue a lot, I paid the fee but will never be going there again. Will be picking up the tires for the other vehicle from there as well. Will not be referring them to others as I had been in past. as well give my business to someone else who care. If you have bought your Toyota from here, get the service done from somewhere else. More

After a few minutes of talk, I was offered by the salesperson, Jonathan Padillo, a 48-month lease rate that was fair and honestly, the best of all. I test drove the Corolla SE and was surprised by the power of the engine (unlike what 'Edmund website' and 'Car and Driver' site had indicated...you really do not know the politics behind these reviewers!). I find this dealership to be Honest, professional and very respectful of customer's need! It was unfortunate that I only tried Toyota now; had wasted money and time being a longtime customer of Nissan. More

In July 2016 while my truck was in for service I was notified by phone that the driver door was damaged. When it was being lifted up by the hoist, the tech did not make sure it was secure and it slipped off enough to damage the driver door ridge. They arranged a replacement rental as my truck needed to go to a body shop for repairs. it took approximately 3 days to get truck back. I will now get my new 2017 Tacoma truck serviced at Bolton Toyota More

Amazing We bought our RAV 4 in 2014 @ Attrell Toyota. Our first time experience was good and people were very friendly. When we found out we were pregnant, we We bought our RAV 4 in 2014 @ Attrell Toyota. Our first time experience was good and people were very friendly. When we found out we were pregnant, we decided to switch the RAV for a bigger car: The Sienna 2016! Of course we went back to Attrell Toyota for our new purchase. The sales rep was very friendly and we felt like we were heard, explaining what we really wanted. They gave us a great amount of money for our RAV4. Right from the start we knew we would have to wait a few weeks for delivery of the Sienna and we were okay with it. We ended up having to wait a little longer than expected but were kept informed every step of the way by Andrew. When we (finally!) got it, there had been a mistake in our order and the interior colour had been done wrong (we wanted tan and not grey). Without sharing all the details, fixing this mistake turned out harder than it looked. We were given options but really wanted to go for what we had decided at first. Andrew & Phil Attrell made sure we were 100% satisfied with the car we were getting. They ended up offering us the Sienna 2017 that they were getting for their showroom, that would be manufactured a few weeks later, with the options we wanted at first. All of that for less money than we were going to pay originally to make up for the few months we had to wait since we first ordered the Sienna. I joked about getting the car before my due date (which seemed hard to do because of the wrong order and the time left) but they ended up doing it!!! Thank you soooooo sooooooo much Andrew & Phil, and later came Randy, for the amazing service, help and options you guys gave us to make sure we were 110% happy with this van. Yes, little Liam enjoys it to the fullest! (not yet but you know!) We will, without a doubt, go back for the big truck my husband wants to get in the future. You guys were so great, it feels like we can call you "friends" now! Mary More

No Service done as the Service Gentleman scared me when he told me that to fix a radio could be in the thousands as he said he inquired for one of his vehicles. He also said there seems to be a lot of Radio problems lately. Knowing this could cost thousands of dollars I left with the strapping not even fixed. I have been loyal buying over many years all of my Toyota's from this dealership and encouraging family members to do also. Very disappointed my Vehicle is only 2 years old and I am making payments on it monthly and this problem should not have happened. Thanks for nothing a waste of time this morning! Donna More
The new level of worse So I bought the new Camry 2016 from Attrell. Very good experience no doubt. The car runs excellent and have done over 8000 kilometers. I booked an appointment for 9 am on Saturday and reach the dealership 10 minutes earlier. Checks the car in, did the paperwork and was told that the only things needed to be done are personalization and tire rotation. I was told that it will take around 45 minutes since they have a line up. Fair enough. She hands me the list of options that my car should supposedly have and if I want to personalize them according to my taste. I went through the list and choose three things which I wanted changed and hand her the list back. I go to the waiting room and sit there to wait. They have installed a screen in that area which shows the days appointments, who showed up and the status of the appointment. I was feeling left out since my name was not there so I went to the service desk again to ask for my name to appear on the list. The attendant tells me that they have some issue with the names on the screen so I come back and sit for an hour. Tired of sitting, I go out to have some fresh air and was surprised to see that my car was still parked there. I went back to the desk to complain and this girl tells me that it will take another hour. I was not happy so I decided to escalate this to some higher level. I was guided to some managers office. I explained the situation and the manager said that he will look into the matter and left for the service area. Returned back and told me that my car will be ready in 15 minutes. He said he was sorry for what happened and we will waive the 45 dollar charges. I thanked him and went back to the waiting room. sat there for another hour then asked again for the status of my car. They said that it is being washed and I will be called any minute. Ok, so go back to the waiting room. Another half hour pass by before this other girl comes to ask for me. I went to her desk and she handed me the keys and the zero dollar receipt. I thanked her for the great service and went back to my car. I was amazed to see that the only thing done in these 3 hours was the tire rotation. I read the receipt which stated that the options that I asked to change are not available on my car. If that is the case why did they hand me over the list to choose it. Are they no aware of the car that I am driving. Did I buy it from some other location and they do not have the information that they needed. In short the new level of worse customer service that I have ever experienced. The total wastage of 3 hours excluding the travel time. Thank you Attrell. More
Toyota Car Detailing I just had my 2010 Black Toyota Corolla Xrs detailed at Attrell Toyota. I have to say the car is 6 years old now and it looks better than when I I just had my 2010 Black Toyota Corolla Xrs detailed at Attrell Toyota. I have to say the car is 6 years old now and it looks better than when I picked it up brand new. It was shiny when I bought it but now it is even more shinier and beautiful. Ron Ali the Manager in charge of detailing had his best guy remove all the scratches I accumulated over the 6 years. My car was polished the engine cleaned to look brand new and all my carpets and seats were cleaned. I just installed 18inch rims on my car and they shine brighter than after I had them installed at the performance shop where I bought them. I just took my car to Sugar Daddy's night club and all the girls were dancing outside my car as I played the music in my car. They were coming up to my car and telling me that they liked my music and were dancing hard to it. I know it's was not the music. It was my shiny car that was just detailed by Ron Ali and his detailing team at Attrell Toyota it was totally worth the cost. Thanks Ron Ali you put me back on the map. I got a lot of compliments and now have girls all over my car again. I would totally recommend Ron Ali to anyone looking to make there car shine like glass and look brand new again. You will not find a better detail car cleaning service any where in Brampton for a more affordable price than Attrell Toyota in Brampton that will remove scratches and not create more. More

First, there was a Worst Highlander XLE buying experience ever" Worst SUV buying experience. Just bought a new HIGHLANDER XLE and it was a nightmare. First, there was a freight issue because I was looking for gray color and they said getting the truck won't be a problem since they have priority on any other dealer to get the truck. 60 days. Drive and found so many problems into the truck The first problem found driver side door has play, second problem rear mirror sensor did not work properly even in day light given dark view chances to hit during the reverse time, third deal installed remote starter really which one is funny I never seen in my life some time work some time doesn’t work and fourth one is biggest issue as per manufacture 9.3L TRUCK WILL GIVE US 100 KM but unfortunately in 60L Tank JUST GETTING 350 km IN THE CITY Obviously, this is the last purchase I'm ever doing from them. More
